Club (15-30 years old)
A
way of life

To be
well-informed about AIDS.
- To undertake programs
of prevention thanks
to discussions, songs, role plays, and sports.

get involved in events (celebrations, competitions) concerning
fight against AIDS..

be with other teenagers, seropositive or orphan.

To
go deeper inside spiritual values that enable behaviour
change (no sex before wedding and faithful).
- To counsel teenagers
to make responsible choices and to respect others..
- To developp friendship,
nice outings,
and sport activities.
Club
Activities
-
Counselling activities
from 1 to 6 days. Interventions in elementary and high-schools.

Interventions
in markets, bars, streets to inform young people about
AIDS, and to make them aware of risky behaviours.
- Continuous training
of the educators
and counsellors.
- Support to teenagers
living in a risky environment (street
kids, orphans)..
- Search for a job
and self-sufficiency activities (manufacture
of t-shirts...).

Windows of
hope (9-14 years old)
This group
is dedicated to all the young persons before puberty. Prevention
is very important at this age.The goal is to make them sensitive
to dangers of adult's bad sexual habits, whom kids are often vistim
of.
Measures : Meetings, outside games, discussions with parents.
YOPAC
Youth and
Parents Crisis Counselling Center
This center opened in2002.
It welcomes despained teenagers (addicted to drugs mainly) and
their parents, mostly disoriented in front of their kids.
It also takes to account
prostitutes. The
counsellors visit kids and orphans living in the streets. the
center developps also "Voluntary Counselling and testing"
which encourage young people to take HIV test.
